Bradley J. Holden

Brad Holden is a Founder and Managing Partner of North Line Partners - a boutique executive search firm he founded in 2010. He has more than 20 years of recruiting experience.
Prior to North Line Partners, Brad was a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles, where he served as Practice Leader, Global Automotive and as a Partner in the Global Industrial Practice from 2004 to 2010. For two years, he also served as the Managing Partner of the firm's five Midwest offices. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Brad was the Office Managing Partner of TMP Worldwide, while also serving as Co-Leader of the Global Industrial Practice. Prior to TMP, Brad's search experience included nearly 10 years with Korn/Ferry International, where he served as President of the Global Industrial and Energy Practices his last few years with the firm.
Prior to entering executive search in 1992, Brad served in both Illinois government and industry. He began his career in government. After serving as an Illinois Staff Assistant to Senator Charles H. Percy (R-IL), he first served the Director of the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, and later the Illinois Attorney General, as Chief of Staff. He later joined Container Corporation of America (CCA) as a Senior State Issues Manager, and FMC Corporation as a public affairs advisor to FMC's Chairman and CEO.
Brad attended the university of Wisconsin-Madison for two years, before graduating from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics. He serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Protective Association (JPA), a century-old child welfare organization. Brad and his wife Becky have three children and live in Chicago's Northern Suburbs.

Betsy Tilkemeier is a Founder and Managing Partner of North Line Partners - a boutique executive search firm she co-founded in 2010. The mission of North Line Partners is to deliver fast, high-quality recruitment services through Partner involvement in all aspects of every engagement.
With more than 20 years of experience in executive search, Betsy has expertise in retail and consumer markets with a particular focus serving clients who go to market through multiple/alternative distribution channels including direct selling and eCommerce. Her expertise also includes in-depth experience within health and wellness, food, apparel, nutrition and personal care. She has successfully completed senior level general management, merchandising and marketing searches for: KIND Snacks, Omaha Steaks, YoCrunch, Plum Organics, See's Candies, Neways, StriVectin, ViSalus Sciences, Revolution Foods, Amway, QVC, True Value, Carhartt, Jockey, Isagenix and The Pampered Chef. Betsy also has expertise serving private equity clients as well as family-owned companies. Since founding North Line Partners, she has successfully recruited many CEOs and CMOs for portfolio companies of Catterton Partners, Z Capital, Berkshire Hathaway, Simon Equity/San Francisco Equity Partners and ExploraMed.
Prior to North Line Partners, Betsy was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles in the firm's Global Consumer Markets Practice serving Consumer and Retail clients. She began her search career with another large recruiting firm, first as an Associate and then advancing to Client Partner. Her earlier background includes R.H. Macy's Executive Training Program; Account Management at Tommy Hilfiger; and Operations and Merchandising at Neiman Marcus.
Betsy graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Betsy and her husband, Jon, have two children and live in Chicago's northern suburbs.

Prior to North Line Partners, Hilary served as a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles and was a key member of the Global Consumer/Retail Practice. She began her executive search career in the Consumer Practice with Korn/Ferry International. She found her recruiting niche working for real estate start-up firm, Equis Corporation and leveraged this experience to manage KPMG's recruiting for the firm's Midwest Manufacturing, Retailing and Distribution Practice.
Hilary has an undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Hilary and her husband, Steve, live in Chicago's northern suburbs with their three children.

Jody earned her M.B.A. in Marketing from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management where she was the recipient of the Graduate Business Foundation's National Leadership Award and the Saturn Company Student Leadership Service Award. She earned her B.A. from Northwestern University in History and Italian Language. She is on the Board of Directors for the Craig D. Tifford Foundation. Megan brings significant experience in executive search as well as corporate human resources and recruiting. Eduardo Matsushita is the Founding Partner of C&O Infinitas - Executive Consultants. He leads the firm's Automotive, Infrastructure/Energy and Transportation/Logistics Practices, having conducted several search projects related to CEO Succession, Private Equity Invested Companies and Family Business professionalization processes.
His career in executive search consulting started with AMROP PMC in Brazil as a generalist executive & board search consultant. Then, he joined FESA IIC Partners, the leading Brazilian Retained Executive Search firm, where he led, as an Equity Partner, the firm's Automotive, Autoparts, Logistics, Transportation, Capital Goods and Infrastructure practices; he also co-led the firm's Family Business and Private Equity practices.
Eduardo has 15 years of experience in high-level consulting services. Prior to entering his Executive Search career, he developed deep business & organizational acumen, acquired from his experience in Global Management Consulting firms such as Arthur D. Little, A.T. Kearney and France-based Solving International.

Jason Blonstein is an Associate supporting North Line's Consumer and Industrial Practices. He is a native of Chicago's Northwest Suburbs and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in History with a minor in Nuclear Engineering. Jason later earned his MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
After graduating from West Point, Jason joined the First Infantry Division in Germany and led a tank platoon. During his tenure in this role, his platoon was deployed to Kosovo and Iraq. Jason left the U.S. Army as a Captain. He earned a Bronze Star for his leadership.
After his time in the military, he worked as an operations leader for Constellation Energy, and later Loral Space Systems. Before joining North Line Partners, Jason served on the transition team of Governor Bruce Rauner where he supported the team recruiting senior agency directors and leaders to the new Governor's administration.
Jason lives in Chicago with his wife and son.

Prior to joining North Line Partners, Jennifer was a Benefit Analyst with Mesirow Financial serving as a financial strategist. Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent 15 years in the banking industry, primarily in Human Resources. She was one of the original employees of North Shore Community Bank & Trust Company -- and during her tenure served as a trusted advisor to 6 different CEOs, plus the Board of Directors.

Stephanie Hartman joined North Line Partners in 2010. Previously, Stephanie worked in the Global Industrial Practice and Global Consumer Markets Practice of Heidrick & Struggles International, where she also served for four years on the Chicago Office's Quality Council responsible for internally auditing and scoring search assignments annually for all recruiting teams across all practice areas.
She began her recruiting career in 1999 with Russell Reynolds in their Chicago office. She has more than 20 years of administrative experience. During the past 16 years, Stephanie has worked on more than 200 completed searches. She has teamed with the managing partners of North Line Partners since 2000.
Stephanie attended Fort Hays State University, where she put herself through school. She graduated from FHSU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
In Chicago, Stephanie has been involved with many volunteer programs - including "Partners in Education" (PIE), now the Chicago Lights Tutoring Program; as well as food service to the homeless via The Elam Davies Social Services Center; the annual "Blue Bow" Child Abuse Prevention program; Feed My Starving Children and the Care To Learn Fund.

Since joining North Line Partners in May of 2013, Joanie has played an integral part in the placement of candidates across several business sectors.
She brings to North Line Partners over 25 years of administrative experience, having worked at Credit Suisse as the assistant to the Midwest Regional Managing Director and served as the primary connection between the Midwest sales group and global executive leadership. Additionally, Joanie was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Chicago fixed income sales division. Joanie also worked in philanthropy as the executive assistant to the Vice President of External Relations at NorthShore University HealthSystem Foundation, as well as JP Morgan Private Bank where she supported senior bankers and trust officers in the ultra-high net worth area.
Joanie is recognized in executive search, the financial services industry and the not-for-profit sector for her knowledge and expertise in client service, with the goal of facilitating good relationships between clients and candidates.
She lives in Chicago's northern suburbs and enjoys bike riding, golf and entertaining family and friends.
